Attributed To Cartier This Would Have Been Made In A Top Jewellers European  House 

Rare Lime Green Operesent Phoenix Design Guilloche Enamel (only the likes of faberge and cartier can achieve this quality) 

Stamped On Back swiss patent number 497 +497 (+ means swiss flag)

Charles Edouard Jacot Was a Well Respected Swiss Watch inventor of watch movements for the likes of Longines who made movements for cartier this is a large 8 day movement the case is especially made for the case as these clocks really ran for more than a day or 2 days
